Abstract

The invention discloses acidic degreasing and derusting liquid prepared by utilizing industrial wastewater and a preparation method of the acidic degreasing and derusting liquid. The acidic degreasing and derusting liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.1% to 0.5% of a corrosion inhibitor, 1% to 5% of a flocculating agent, 1% to 2.5% of a dispersant and the balance industrial wastewater, wherein the main ingredients of the industrial wastewater include one ore more of sulfamic acid, urea, ammonium sulfamate, fatty alcohol polyethenoxy ether sulfamate and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, and the balance water; the corrosion inhibitor is selected from one or several of rodine, thiourea, imidazoline, potassium sulfocyanide and cyclic-ethyl diyneoxymethylamine sodium acetate. The acidic degreasing and derusting liquid disclosed by the invention is capable of realizing reutilization of the industrial wastewater, economical and environment-friendly; meanwhile, the acidic degreasing and derusting liquid plays a good degreasing and derusting effect after being added with a certain amount of aid agent, is simple to operate and plays a quite good corrosion inhibition effect on metals.
