Abstract

The invention discloses a corn threshing and impurity-removing device which comprises a housing, a motor and a conveyor belt. The housing has an inner hollow structure. The bottom of the housing is provided with a base. The housing is provided with a material inlet at top of the inner hollow structure. The center of the bottom of the housing is provided with a material outlet. The housing is internally provided with a threshing device which is controlled by a switch. The housing is internally provided with a fan. Furthermore the fan is fixed on a motor and is controlled by a regulator. The housing is internally provided with a bracket. The housing is internally provided with a baffle plate. A wire is arranged outside the housing. The conveyor belt is connected with the housing. The conveyor belt is provided with a gravity sensing device and is provided with the automatic regulator. According to the corn threshing and impurity-removing device, through a threshing and impurity-removing integrated manner, corn processing speed is increased, thereby reducing processing time and labor intensity.
