Abstract

Disclosed is a high-performance nickel base special welding wire. The content of Ni in the welding wire is 50wt%-54wt%. The flux-cored chemical components ( accounting for the welding wire by weight) of the welding wire include 5.0%-9.0% of sinter fines, 0.21%-0.7% of Fe3O4, 0.15%-1.0% of TiO2, 0.15%-0.5% of Al, 0%-0.4% of Ti, 0.1%-0.5% of Si, 2.0%-3.5% of Mn, 0%-0.4% of Mo, 0.5%-1.1% of Ni, 0.1%-0.4% of Cr, 0%-0.3% of Cu and 1.10%-2.0% of Fe. The combination of the flux-cored chemical components accounts for 13.0%-15.5% of the weight of the welding wire. The flux-cored welding wire prepared by flux-cored power materials prepared and processed according to the formula of the invention can be welded under the protection of gases, and ship and ocean engineering application requirements can be met.
