Problems solved by technology

[0010] Traditional fresh-keeping methods are relatively easy to operate and play a certain role in the storage of fresh Chinese medicines. Due to the lag in research on fresh-keeping technology, most of the fresh-keeping methods are still in use. The disadvantages such as short and more loss are also obvious
[0011] Although the current research on fresh Chinese medicine has made some progress, it still faces many problems and difficulties
Due to the backward preservation technology of fresh medicine, the storage and transportation costs are relatively high, and once it is improperly stored, it will cause mildew and rot and the loss of effective substances
Most medicinal materials companies and pharmacies are out of stock, and clinicians cannot use fresh medicinal materials, making it difficult for fresh medicinal materials to be widely used in modern clinical practice

[0060] Embodiment 3 Fresh dendrobium

[0061] ①Cleaning and finishing: Remove impurities from the harvested fresh dendrobium and cut them into 7-10cm sections, wash them with running water that meets the national drinking standard for 20 minutes, and place them in a 100,000-level environment to dry for 20 minutes.

[0062] ②Sterilization treatment: Boil 100g of fresh Dendrobium dendrobium in boiling water for 60 seconds, and place it in a 100-level ultra-clean environment for 20 minutes.

[0063] ③Preservation treatment: In a 100-class ultra-clean environment, spray 100g of fresh Dendrobium sterilized with preservative evenly, and let it air out for 20 minutes. The antistaling agent is a solution composed of chitosan:chitooligosaccharide:purified water=12:6:1000 (mass ratio). Spray 15 milliliters of antistaling agent per 100 grams of medicinal materials (fresh medicinal materials: antistaling agent=100:15).

Abstract

The invention discloses a freshness preservation method of medicinal materials. The freshness preservation method of the medicinal materials comprises the following steps: sorting harvested fresh medicinal materials, namely shearing and washing the fresh medicinal materials; carrying out sterilization treatment on the washed medicinal materials, and carrying out air-drying; contacting the dried medicinal materials with preservatives, and carrying out air-drying; and packaging the dried medicinal materials by using packaging materials. The freshness preservation method of the medicinal materials utilizes PBAT / PLLA composite ventilate film, so that water desorption of the fresh medicinal materials can be very well prevented, as well as effectively block pollution from the external environment. Being observed in bacteria tests which have been carried out for 1 month, the total colony numbers, the mold colony counts and the Escherichia coli counts of the medicinal materials preserved by using the method disclosed by the invention are all within the requirements of the national standards; thus, the method is capable of very well inhibiting growth of bacteria. Moreover, the preserved medicinal materials are good in appearance characteristics, and kept fresh. Small packages of fresh herbal medicines in small pieces ready for decoction are prepared by using the preserved medicinal materials.

Description

[0001] (1) Technical field [0002] The invention relates to a method for processing and preserving fresh Chinese medicinal materials, in particular to a method for preserving fresh medicinal materials that can be stored for a long time. [0003] (2) Background technology [0004] The application of fresh traditional Chinese medicine is a characteristic and special form of traditional Chinese medicine. Its characteristics are: cold fresh medicines are cooler and moister than dry ones, fresh medicines with spicy aroma are thicker and stronger than dry ones, fresh medicines and juices have moisturizing power Stronger than dry products and quick-acting concoctions. Fresh medicine is mainly used for exogenous cold, blast and food injury, hemoptysis, hematemesis and various blood syndromes, acute bacillary dysentery, pneumonia, lung abscess, tuberculosis, chronic bronchitis, pertussis, diphtheria, mumps, mastitis, tonsillitis, wound It can also be used for first aid and detoxificat...
