Abstract

The invention discloses a deep fryer (10) used for cooking foods. The deep fryer (10) comprises at least one accommodating body (12) defining the structure of the deep fryer; at least one removable tank body (20) used for accommodating cooking liquid; at least one heating unit (24) which comprises at least one heating piece (25), at least one temperature controller (26) and at least one connecting piece (27). Furthermore, the deep fryer (10) can be not provided with a cover body (18), and provides at least one control and safe member (28) which is activated when a fault occurs.
