Problems solved by technology

However, the wound in the abdomen is not conducive to monitoring. If the wound on the inner wall is not sutured, it is very easy to have wound infection and lesions, and even cause hernia
[0003] The current minimally invasive fascial closure device has no reliable protection measures for the needle tip of the thread delivery needle during suturing, and there is a danger of needle tip injury and piercing the patient's internal organs, and the puncture device needs to be pulled out from the cavity before use. Find the puncture hole again and insert the minimally invasive fascial closure device. Because the puncture hole is small, the process of re-finding the hole is inconvenient and time-consuming, which delays the operation process and adversely affects both doctors and patients.

Embodiment Construction

[0019] The content of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments of the description:

[0020] like Figure 1 to Figure 4 Shown is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a minimally invasive fascial closure device provided by the present invention.

[0021] A minimally invasive fascia closure device, which includes an operating rod 1, a pair of rotating arms 2 arranged at the lower end of the operating rod 1 and controlled by a driving mechanism to spread or clamp, and a thread-feeding needle 3;

[0022] The rotating arm 2 is provided with a thread feeding channel 4 through which the thread feeding needle 3 passes, and the outlet of the thread feeding channel 4 is provided with a protection mechanism 5 to prevent the needle from piercing tissue.

[0023] The two rotating arms 2 are provided with protection mechanisms 5 , and the protection mechanisms 5 are arranged on the clamping surfaces of the rotat...

Abstract

The invention relates to a minimally-invasive fascia closer. The minimally-invasive fascia closer comprises an operating rod, a pair of rotating arms and a thread delivery needle, wherein the rotating arms are arranged at the lower end part of the operating rod and are controlled to open or close by a driving mechanism; the thread delivery passage which is used for enabling the thread delivery needles to penetrate through are formed in the rotating arms, and the protection mechanism which is used for preventing the needle head from puncturing tissue is arranged at outlet of the thread delivery passage. The minimally-invasive fascia closer provided by the invention has the aim that internal wall suture can be rapidly and safely achieved. The minimally-invasive fascia closer has the advantages that the protection mechanism is arranged at the outlet of the thread delivery passage in the rotating arms, so that the hazard that needle tips of the thread delivery needles prick and puncture internal organs of patients can be effectively avoided, and the speed of suture of operators is effectively increased; the external contour size of an axial cross section of the operating rod and closed rotating arms is smaller than that of an inner bore of a puncture outfit, and the operating rod can be inserted into a puncture hole by directly using the puncture hole formed by the puncture outfit, so that a process of finding the puncture hole again is avoided, the operation can be more convenient, and the surgery time is saved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a minimally invasive fascia closure device. Background technique [0002] For minimally invasive surgery, it is inevitable to establish a channel on the patient, but the postoperative suturing of the patient's wound is still a big problem. Because there is no endoscope in the cavity to provide a relevant field of view when suturing the last wound after surgery, it is more difficult to suture the inner wall wound, so most of them only suture the outer skin wound. However, the wound in the abdomen is not conducive to monitoring. If the wound on the inner wall is not sutured, it is very easy to have wound infection and disease, and even cause hernia. [0003] The current minimally invasive fascial closure device has no reliable protection measures for the needle tip of the thread delivery needle during suturing, and there is a danger of needle tip injury and piercing the patient's internal organs, and the puncture device needs to...
