Abstract

The system comprises a handheld scanner, a system processor and a 3D print device, wherein the handheld scanner is connected with the system processor through a flexible connecting line; the system processor is connected with the 3D print device; the handheld scanner is divided into an observation part and a handheld part which is rotatably connected with the observation part; the observation part is U-shaped and comprises an inner top part, a front inside part and a rear inside part; a grating projector is arranged on the inner top part; the grating projector extends to the front inside part and the rear inside part; 4 CCD lenses are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the grating projector; and the front inside part and the rear inside parts are provided with tooth holders. Compared with the prior art, the system can directly and conveniently carry out comprehensive three-dimensional scanning on the teeth in oral cavities, so as to instantly obtain the three-dimensional information of upper and lower jaw teeth and then print the tooth structures according to the three-dimensional information of the teeth.
