Abstract

The present invention can provide a stand-up paddle board core actuator and a usage method. One embodiment may include an inclined platform, a sliding pedal, two raised support structures, at least two shafts, two swivel arm assemblies, two paddle members having shaft portions and handle portions, a tensioner support structure, and Two tensioners. The sliding treads may be configured to move along the inclined platform. The swivel arm assembly is rotatably attachable by a shaft to a raised support structure on each side of the tilting platform. The tensioner may be connected to the tensioner support structure and the rotating arm assembly to apply resistance against rotation of the arm assembly about the axis formed by the shaft. A paddle member may be inserted into the arm assembly. A user may balance on the pedal, grasp at least one paddle member, and slide the pedal up the inclined platform.
