The communication method includes the following steps that: CPE searches a radio base station AP (Access Point) and accesses a WLAN; the CPE transmits an alignment request to a radio base station AP (Access Point) which is connected with the CPE; the radio base station AP (Access Point) receives the alignment request and then executes alignment operation: a data traffic channel and a signal quality feedback channel are built between the CPE and the radio base station AP; wireless bandwidth obtained by the data traffic channel is compared with a preset wireless bandwidth lowest threshold value, and whether a bandwidth requirement is satisfied is judged, wireless signal strength obtained by the signal quality feedback channel is compared with a preset wireless signal minimum value, and whether a signal quality requirement is satisfied is judged; and when the bandwidth requirement and the signal quality requirement are both satisfied, alignment operation is completed, and whether an installation implementation process satisfies requirements is judged, if the installation implementation process do not satisfy any one of the requirements, the installation implementation process is not endorsed.
