The three-dimensional imaging module is used for acquiring position data of a detected object surface. The data processing module is used for acquiring three-dimensional temperature data of the detected object surface according to the position data of the detected object surface, the two-dimensional temperature image data of the detected object and other parameters. The correction processing module is used for correcting the three-dimensional temperature data of the detected object surface according to a position relation of the detected object and the infrared temperature measurement imaging module and acquiring corrected temperature data.
