Abstract

The invention discloses an antibacterial antioxidant composite film, and a preparation method and application thereof. The composite film successively comprises, from exterior to interior, a PET layer, an antibacterial layer and an antioxidant layer, wherein the antibacterial layer contains a mesoporous nanometer silica supported silver-series antibacterial agent, and the antioxidant layer contains a mesoporous nanometer silica supported anti-oxidant. The invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) mesoporous nanometer silica with special morphology is prepared by using a sol-gel process and is used as a site for providing support to the silver-series antibacterial agent and the anti-oxidant, so long-acting and wide-spectrum efficacy of effective factors are guaranteed, stable release of the effective factors is guaranteed, and unfavorable influence caused by burst of drug effect is prevented; (2) the composite film provided by the invention overcomes the shortcomings that the silver-series antibacterial agent is prone to oxidation stain and that silver ions are separated out when the silver-series antibacterial agent encounters water, so the effective antibacterial period of the composite film is prolonged, and the security and hear resistance of the composite film are enhanced; and (3) since the composite film successively comprises, from exterior to interior, the PET layer, the antibacterial layer and the antioxidant layer, the service life of the composite film is prolonged.
