This invention provides a sealing structure for a double-layer paper cup, belonging to the field of paper cup technology. It solves the strength problem of double-layer paper cups. This sealing structure includes an inner cup layer and an outer cup layer. The inner cup layer is thicker than the outer cup layer, and the outer cup layer is bonded to the outer circumferential surface of the inner cup layer. When unfolded, the inner and outer cup layers form a fan shape, with the fan shape length of the inner cup layer being greater than that of the outer cup layer. This ensures that the first end of the outer cup layer does not cover the edge of the first end of the inner cup layer.
