The medicine composition is prepared from the following medicinal raw materials: radix rehmanniae recen, rhizoma alismatis, cortex lycii radicis, moutan bark, felwort, selfheal, malt, turtle shell, chrysanthemum, kelp, radix scrophulariae, endothelium corneum gigeriae galli and oyster. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, decocting malt for 2-5 times, mixing the decoctions, filtering; adding alcohol which has equal amount as the filtrate into the filtrate, stirring the mixed solution, and standing overnight; reclaiming alcohol from the supernate until no alcohol smell exists; S2, grinding turtle shell and oyster into powder, filling cloth bags with the powder, and decocting together with other medicinal materials with water for 2-5 times, mixing the decoctions, filtering, and standing the filtrate overnight; and S3, taking the supernate of the filtrate in the S2, adding the supernate into the S1, filtering, and performing post processing to obtain the medicinal composition.
