Abstract

An embodiment of the present invention provides a method and a device for optimizing a transmission plan of a direct current channel. The method includes: using a sunrise force of a conventional generating unit in a sending terminal region to construct an expression function of the sending terminal region's downward peak shaving capability; using a sunrise force of a conventional generation unit in a receiving terminal to construct an expression function of the receiving terminal region's downward peak shaving capability; performing weighted summation of the expression function of the sending terminal region's downward peak shaving capability and the expression function of the receiving terminal region's downward peak shaving capability to construct a target function with the maximum comprehensive downward peak shaving capability as the target; determining the sending terminal region's daily load predicted value, the new energy sunrise force predicted value and the receiving terminal region's daily load predicted value; determining a planned value of a power transmission day from the sending terminal region to the receiving terminal region. In the embodiments of the present invention, the peak shaving resources of the power grids in the sending terminal region and the receiving terminal region are fully comprehensively planned and the peak shaving pressure in the sending terminal region due to the fluctuation of output of new energy sources is effectively reduced. When the output of new energy sources is relatively large, the new energy consumption of the sending terminal region and the new energy transportation proportion of the channel are improved.
