The invention relates to an immunodetection sensor for eliminating a hook effect. The immunodetection sensor comprises an immunodetection area and a biochemical detection judgment area. When the detection result in the immunodetection area is negative and the detection result in the biochemical detection judgment area is negative, the real result can be judged to be negative; when the detection result in the immunodetection area is negative and the detection result in the biochemical detection judgment area is positive, the real result can be judged to be the hook effect, namely false negative and true positive; when the detection result in the immunodetection area is positive and the detection result in the biochemical detection judgment area is negative, the real result can be judged to be weakly positive, and further inspection is needed; and when the detection result in the immunodetection area is positive and the detection result in the biochemical detection judgment area is positive, the real result can be judged to be positive.
