Abstract

In the invention, a mouse alcoholic liver disease model is used for performing deep sequencing on micro-molecules RNA in a liver tissue of an alcoholic liver disease mouse and a normal control liver tissue, and the micro-molecules RNA expressed differentially are analyzed and then are screened, so as to obtain tRF-Gly. Through methylation and cholesterol modification, by adding modification sequences at two ends, the tRF-Gly antisense strand inhibitor is chemically synthesized; through a mouse in-vivo experiment, the result indicates that the tRF-Gly antisense strand inhibitor has the advantages of effectively reducing ALT and AST and obviously reducing the accumulation of fat in liver, therefore, the tRF-Gly antisense strand inhibitor has the effect of protecting liver function and relieving an alcoholic fatty liver disease. A tRF-Gly sequence in a human body is the same as that in a mouse, therefore, the tRF-Gly antisense strand inhibitor is expected to become a novel micro-molecule RNA drug for treating the alcoholic fatty liver disease.
