According to the evaluation method, occurrence quantities of empoasca flavescens, tea geometrid and aleurocanthus spiniferus are taken as the basis, and the overalloccurrence level of the insect damage to tea gardens is judged by comparing the ranges of the occurrence quantities; on the basis of the evaluation method, three green prevention technical modes are developed correspondingly in the prevention method, so that the situations that conventional prevention methods are simple and cannot be quantized and prevention modes cannot be selected scientificallyand reasonably according to different insect damage occurrence degrees are changed. The evaluation method has the advantages that the occurrence degree of the insect damage to the tea trees in the tea regions of the southern Anhui is divided into three levels, namely level I, level II and level III, so that judgment of the insect damage occurrence degree can be quantized, and foundation is laid for research on the prevention modes; the prevention method has the advantages that the corresponding prevention modes can be selected specifically according to the different insect damage levels, so that simplification of conventional methods and techniques and high pesticide residue volume are changed fundamentally, and quality and safety of tea leaves are guaranteed effectively.
