Abstract

The invention discloses an active distribution network distributed power planning method in consideration of energy storage and reactive power compensation. The method comprises the following steps: under the constraints of conditions such as power balance, node voltage, node distributed power capacity and energy storage equipment output power, a multi-objective optimization planning model for integrating system voltage offset, line active power loss, average power supply reliability and greenhouse gas emissions is built; a fuzzy control method based on node voltage and a power loss sensitivity factor is adopted to initialize a distributed power connection position; an improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted for optimization solution; and in view of the acquired noninferior solution set, a fuzzy decision technology is adopted to get a final scheme which meets the preference of a decision-maker. Through analyzing the correctness and the feasibility of the active distribution network power optimization planning model, the optimal planning scheme is selected, safe and stable operation of the active distribution network is thus ensured, and the economic benefits and the environmental benefits are improved.
