The method comprises the following steps: (1) before a rainy season comes, garden ground is levelled, incinerated plant carbon residues are poured on the garden ground, and then garden land is ploughed and levelled by utilizing a soil turning machine; (2) after the land is ploughed and levelled, before planting, seedlings are placed in tree holes by using plastic film isolation bags, foreign soil is added into the plastic film isolation bags, dead branches and falling leaves on the garden ground are crushed, and then the crushed materials are mixed into the garden planting soil; (3) drainage ditches are dug in the garden ground, a gravel layer is laid at the bottom of each drainage ditch, coarse sand covers the gravel layer, and then soil filing is performed; (4) calcium superphosphate, mineral fertilizers and organic matter are applied to the garden planting soil, and high-tolerance garden plants or green manure plants are planted; and (5) within one month after garden seedlings are planted, enough nitrogen slurry water and maintenance water are poured, in first 5 months, watering is performed for 5-10 times eachmonth, and when watering is performed in the summer, water is sprayed at the roots and leaf surfaces of the seedlings.
