The application provides a preparation method and a photothermal structure of a high-efficiency salt-tolerant interfacial
evaporation and thermoelectric synergistic MXene / PPy@PDA-MF photothermal structure inspired by a
cactus island array structure, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: MXene preparation, PDA-MF preparation and MXene / PPy@PDA-MF composite
evaporator preparation. The three-dimensional biomimetic interfacial
evaporator with a regular island array structure is constructed through selective
etching, in-situ
polymerization and impregnation
assembly. The structure integrates the synergistic effect of the wide-
spectrum light absorption of MXene, the high-efficiency light-heat conversion of PPy and the hydrophilic porous skeleton of PDA-MF, realizes the efficient regulation of
light energy capture, water / salt transmission and heat localization. The application further introduces the application of the structure in
seawater desalination and
waste heat power generation. The MXene / PPy@PDA-MF
evaporator exhibits excellent
evaporation performance and stable thermoelectric output capacity. Through the biomimetic structure and multi-component
synergy, the integration of light-heat conversion, water and salt management and
energy recovery is realized, and the
system energy efficiency is significantly improved.
