The diameter and the width of each outer ring are greater than those of the corresponding inner ring, ring baffle plates with the same ring widths are separately arranged at two ends of each outer ring, and the ring width of each ring baffle plate equals to the difference between the radius of the corresponding inner ring and the radius of the corresponding outer ring.
