The power circuit comprises a power-on flyback power supply PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation), a main transformerand a resonant capacitor C, wherein the power-on flyback power supply PWM is used for outputting a positive pulse width level Q1; the main transformer is connected with the power-on flyback power supply PWM and is used for storing energy by virtue of inductance of a primary winding; the resonant capacitor C is connected with the main transformer and is used for receiving charging energy provided by the primary winding of the main transformer; and in addition, the resonant capacitor C is further used for receiving a back electromotive force loaded at a DS end of the Q1.
