The methodcomprises the steps of monitoring blacklist data exchange requests and responses between the sub-nodes; distributing corresponding responsibility for each sub-node according to a monitoring result; noticing a sub-node not participating into current time of exchange to serve as a supervision party, and verifying exchange conditions of two exchange parties; and noticing the sub-nodes passing the exchange condition verification to perform data exchange in a one-to-one manner. The invention also discloses an application server and a computer readable storage medium. According to the blacklist data exchange method, the application server and the computer readable storage medium provided by the invention, the exchange and management of blacklist data can be performed by using a smart contracting technology based on a block chain.
