Abstract

The invention discloses a cedarwood tissue culture fast propagation method, which sequentially comprises the following steps of (1) explant collection and disinfection; (2) adventitious bud induction:branches subjected to disinfection treatment are subjected to trimming treatment and are then inoculated into an induction culture medium for culture until adventitious buds with the height being 1 to 3cm growing on the stem segments through induction; (3) adventitious bud multiplication: the adventitious buds are cut and taken, and are then inoculated into a multiplication culture medium for multiplication culture until the buds grow to the height being 3 to 6cm; (4) differentiation rooting: the buds are inoculated into a rooting culture medium for differentiation rooting until plants with the length being greater than or equal to 4cm and at least three roots with the length being greater than 2cm are obtained; (5) performing seedling hardening and transplanting on the obtained plants. The method has the advantages that excellent clonal stem segments are used as explants; a large number of cedarwood tissue culture seedlings can be fast obtained by the method.
