The sunny slope, directly facing the heat exchange assembly, of the evaporator is provided with a transparent cover plate, and the cross flow fan is located on one side of the heat exchange assembly and arranged at the top of the shell. According to the integral-type solar heat pump water heater, the evaporator is adopted, solar energy can be absorbed, forced-convection heat exchanging can also be conducted through the cross flow fan,the heat exchange quantity is increased, the load of the cross flow fan is decreased, and the evaporator is simple in structure and stable in performance. The solar energy and air energy are combinedto jointly absorb heat to heat a refrigerant medium, the heat exchange efficiency is improved, and the energy efficiency is improved. The evaporator is mounted on the side face of the shell, and condensed water can be directly discharged without the using of a water receiving disc.
