Embodiment 1

[0052] A method for increasing the biomass of tall fescue under drought stress with graphene oxide waste vegetation strips:

[0053] (1) Plant cultivation:

[0054] A plastic flowerpot with a diameter of 11 cm and a height of 8 cm was used, filled with 250 g of campus soil, and covered with 50 g of campus soil after planting seeds; the drought gradient was divided into moderate and severe, and the moderate stress was kept at 50% (w / w), weighing and watering every day;

[0055] The method of described moderate stress: refers to the weight ratio of soil moisture content at 50% (w / w).

[0056] (2) Tall fescue planting: the amount of tall fescue seeds per pot is 1 g, the indoor temperature during plant cultivation is 18°C, the relative humidity is 30%, the light is 12000 Lx of natural light penetrating into the room, and the pots are changed every day, and the shifting ensures that the light is consistent ;

[0057] (3) Preparation and production of waste vegetation belt: sele...

Embodiment 2

[0061] A method for increasing the biomass of tall fescue under drought stress with graphene oxide waste vegetation strips:

[0062] (1) Plant cultivation:

[0063] Plastic flowerpots with a diameter of 11 cm and a height of 8 cm were used to fill 250 g of campus soil, and covered with 50 g of campus soil after planting seeds; the drought gradient was divided into moderate and severe, and the severe stress was maintained at 40% (w / w), weigh and water every day;

[0064] The method of the severe stress: refers to the weight ratio of soil moisture content at 40% (w / w).

[0065] (2) Tall fescue planting: the amount of tall fescue seeds per pot is 1 g, the indoor temperature during plant cultivation is 25°C, the relative humidity is 48%, the light is 19000 Lx of natural light penetrating into the room, and the pots are changed every day, and the shifting ensures that the light is consistent ;

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving biomass of drought-stressed festuca arundinacea by a graphene oxide waste sodded strip. The method comprises the following steps: waste is mainly selected as a carrier material of the sodded strip, exposure under the sun is performed for one week, and the dried waste is processed for use; waste newspaper is used as a lower layer of the sodded strip planting carrier, and 1 g of seeds of the festuca arundinacea are uniformly sown; waste gauze is used as an upper layer, graphene oxide is uniformly sprinkled, a using amount of the graphene oxide is 0.2-0.4 mg/g, and in each sodded strip, paste and the upper carrier material are bonded and fixed to prepare the festuca arundinacea waste sodded strip; and after cultivation is performed for 60 days, aplant height and the biomass are measured. The method disclosed by the invention provides technical support for an application of the sodded strip and the graphene oxide in lawn drought stress and planting of a high-quality lawn under drought stress.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of urban landscaping, and relates to a method for increasing the biomass of tall fescue under drought stress by a graphene oxide waste vegetation belt. Background technique [0002] The continuous advancement of the urbanization process has enabled the rapid development of urban landscaping, which occupies an important position. As an indispensable lawn in urban landscaping, it not only has significant ecological benefits such as water and soil conservation, but also beautifies the environment, has high aesthetic value, and provides people with a place for leisure and entertainment. Due to the ecological benefits, aesthetic value and entertainment function of lawns, more and more people pay attention to them. There are many difficulties in the process of planting and management of turfgrass, such as high cost of planting and maintenance, high construction requirements, increasing soil salinization, increasi...
