The acetabulum prosthesis is in a hollow semi-spherical shape, the concave side of the acetabulum prosthesis is used for the caputfemoris at the near end of thigh bone to be embedded, and the convex face of the acetabulum prosthesis is provided with at least three short rods. The pedicle screw rod fixation system comprises a titanium rod and a pedicle screw for fixing the vertebral pedicle. The first end of the titanium rod is fixedly connected with the short rods, and the second end of the titanium rod is fixedly connectedwith the pedicle screw. By flexibly arranging the short rod positions of the artificial whole-hip joint in cooperation with the pedicle screw rod fixation system, the combined type self-pelvis prosthesis has the advantages of being simple in structure, adjustable in installing angle and small in installing condition limitation.
