This invention discloses a method, device, and medium for acetabular
prosthesis angle planning based on
safety zone constraints. The method includes: acquiring pelvic image data of a patient in a first posture; constructing a three-dimensional model of the patient's
pelvis based on the pelvic image data and obtaining anatomical landmarks, and establishing a pelvic coordinate
system based on the anatomical landmarks; acquiring pelvic posture compensation amounts as the patient switches from the first posture to at least one functional posture; determining posture parameters based on the pelvic coordinate
system; determining the mapping relationship between the functional anteversion angle and the pelvic posture based on the pelvic posture compensation amounts and posture parameters; determining orientation constraints based on the
prosthesis orientation information in the functional posture; and determining the feasible range of posture parameters based on the mapping relationship and orientation constraints. This application uses a geometric constraint solution method to reverse-engineer the feasible range of posture parameters for the static implantation orientation of the acetabular
prosthesis, assisting in the completion of personalized and dynamically functionally safe prosthesis angle planning.
