acetabulum center positioning and guiding device. CT data and nuclear magnetic data are utilized to reconstruct a complete
acetabulum three-dimensional model; positioning a true acetabular bottom; importing an acetabular
prosthesis model, and adjusting the acetabular
prosthesis model for bone matching; if the matching is successful, determining a front
rake angle, an abduction angle, a model, an implantation position and a central axis of the
acetabulum prosthesis, and determining a thickness A of the acetabulum needing to be ground; the guiding device is placed at a preset position in the acetabulum; after correct placement, the
kirschner wire is drilled into a guide hole of the guide device until the
kirschner wire is drilled into the acetabulum opposite-side
cortical bone; taking down the guide device, measuring the residual length of the
tail end of the
kirschner wire as B, sleeving the acetabulum file into the kirschner wire, and operating the acetabulum file to push forwards along the kirschner wire for
grinding until the length of the
tail end of the kirschner wire is A + B; therefore, the optimal matched front inclination angle, abduction angle, acetabulum model and implantation position can be provided, positioning guidance is provided for acetabulum
grinding, and the
hip joint replacement difficulty is reduced.
