This invention belongs to the field of medical technology and discloses an anatomically optimized spinal disc fusion cage and its design method. Based on the patient's personalized three-dimensional anatomical information of the diseased
intervertebral disc, a personalized overall
intervertebral fusion cage is designed. The designed overall
intervertebral fusion cage is segmented into different types of personalized AOFS
intervertebral fusion cages; these different types of personalized AOFS intervertebral fusion cages include, but are not limited to: ALIF (anterior fusion cage), PLIF (posterior fusion cage), TLIF (lateral posterior fusion cage), and LLIF (lateral fusion cage). This invention proposes a novel anatomically optimized spinal disc fusion cage design tailored to individual patients, fully integrating the advantages of simple decompression and decompression plus
fusion surgery techniques. Its purpose is to optimize the biomechanical environment of adjacent segments after
fusion surgery, reduce or prevent the possibility of reoperation after the initial
fusion surgery, and thus prolong the surgical lifespan.
