The invention relates to an artificial hip joint with an aspherical acetabulum, comprising a non-spherical bearing curved-surface acetabulum prosthesis and a spherical femoral head prosthesis, wherein the non-spherical bearing curved-surface acetabulum prosthesis comprises an acetabulum external surface, an acetabulum cup opening plane is respectively connected with the acetabulum external surface and an acetabulum bearing curved surface, and the acetabulum bearing curved surface is an rotational ellipsoid curved surface obtained by rotating a long axis as a rotation axis by using a center line direction of left and right femoral heads as a long-axis direction and the up-and-down direction as a short-axis direction. When the two prostheses are in micro deviation in the walking process of a human body or the placement position of an acetabulum is improper during operation, the edge contact can be avoided; and compared with the traditional spherical joint, by adopting the artificial hip joint with the aspherical acetabulum, obtained by utilizing a finite element for calculation, contact stress can be reduced by 78.45% to the maximal degree, and although the contact stress is increased when micro separation is not generated, the increased range is not large. The artificial hip joint with the aspherical acetabulum reduces the contact stress, especially the contact stress of an external upper edge so that the abrasion of the external upper edge is further reduced so as to prolong the service life of the prostheses, and has the advantage of long service life.
