Transpedicular fixation of the lumbar spine is an integral element in the surgical management of fractures, spondylolysthesis, neoplasms, scoliosis, and various other spine conditions.

Novel cervical vertebra dynamic internal fixing device

The invention relates to a novel cervical vertebra dynamic internal fixing device, which comprises an artificial cervical vertebra body and an artificial intervertebral disc. The artificial cervical vertebra body is inlaid on any vertebral body of the third section to the seventh section of partially cut human cervical vertebra. Two screw holes and two clamping grooves are symmetrically arranged on the artificial cervical vertebra body. A vertebral pedicle screw which is fixedly connected with the section of the human cervical vertebra body and a vertebral pedicle is arranged in each screw hole in a penetrating way. A vertebral pedicle screw lock pin cross bar is positioned and clamped between the two clamping grooves. The artificial intervertebral disc is arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the artificial cervical vertebra body, is arranged at a vertebral gap between an upper vertebral body and a lower vertebral body close to the position of the artificial cervical vertebra body, and comprises artificial nucleus pulposus and an artificial end plate. A screw hole is arranged on the artificial end plate. An artificial end plate fixing screw which is fixedly connected with the corresponding section of the artificial cervical vertebra body is arranged in the screw hole in a penetrating way. By adopting the internal fixing device, the invention has the advantages that the surgical invasion is small, the operation is easy and the dynamic fixation of the cervical vertebra after the subtotal excision of an anterior cervical single vertebral body can be realized.

Minimally invasive spinal operation channel device for vertebral pedicle fixation and using method thereof

The invention discloses a minimally invasive spinal operation channel device for vertebral pedicle fixation. The device comprises a first spinal operation channel device, a second spinal operation channel device and a linkage device. The two ends of the linkage device are linked to the first spinal operation channel device and the second spinal operation channel device respectively to form mutualconstraint fixation relationship of the first spinal operation channel device and the second spinal operation channel device, the first spinal operation channel device and the second spinal operationchannel device each include a guiding needle, an expansion sleeve and an outer sleeve, and the linkage device comprises a lock ring sleeve and a connecting locking device fixed to the first spinal operation channel device and the second spinal operation channel device. The linkage device of the device is more compactly connected with the first spinal operation channel device and the second spinaloperation channel device, the mutual constraint relationship formed between the first spinal operation channel device and the second spinal operation channel device is ensured, the relative position relationship between the first spinal operation channel device and the second spinal operation channel device is ensured, the linkage device is more convenient and rapid to fix, and the operation efficiency is improved.

Method for implanting pedicle screw

The invention relates to a method for implanting a pedicle screw. An external device acquires instant coordinates of a passage opening assembly, instant coordinates of a screw tapping assembly and instant coordinates of a screw mounting assembly separately, wherein the passage opening assembly, the screw tapping assembly and the screw mounting assembly are used as a spinal pedicle fixation device;the passage opening assembly is operated to obtain a passage opening hole channel; the external device acquires coordinates of a passage opening starting point and coordinates of a passage opening ending point; the passage opening direction and the passage opening distance are obtained according to the coordinates of the passage opening starting point and the coordinates of the passage opening ending point; then the screw tapping assembly and the screw mounting assembly are quickly and accurately guided according to the passage opening direction and the passage opening distance to complete implanting of the pedicle screw; in this way, the method for implanting the pedicle screw can accurately guide the operation of the screw tapping assembly and the screw mounting assembly and has the advantages of being high in accuracy and easy to operate and grasp compared with previous spinal pedicle screw implanting methods.
