Abstract

The invention relates to a method for improving the homogeneity of a cement grinding aid, belonging to the field of cement admixtures. The method mainly comprises the following steps: (I) a water treatment process; and (II) a compounding process for the grinding aid. The water treatment process comprises the following sub-steps: 1, feeding of a purifying agent; 2, sonic treatment; 3, filtration; and 4, thickening treatment of water. Parameters in the above sub-steps are that (1) the weight percentage of the purifying agent is 3 to 10 %; (2) ultrasonic frequency is 20-35 KHZ; (3) the weight percentage of a thickening agent is 2 to 10 %; and (4) time for sonic treatment is 10 to 30 min. The compounding process comprises the following sub-steps: adding water obtained after treatment by the process (I) into a container, dissolving a salt, and carrying out sonic treatment; and successively adding alcohol amine and industrial waste, carrying out stirring for 15 min and then carrying out sonic dispersion. The compounding process utilizes 10% to 20% of alcohol amine, 8% to 17% of the industrial salt, 20% to 30% of the industrial waste and 48% to 60% of water; and ultrasonic time in the process is 10 min to 30 min. The active ingredients of the grinding aid obtained in the invention are greatly improved, and the grinding aid is uniform and stable, does not settle, and has good application prospects.
