The compounding process utilizes 10% to 20% of alcohol amine, 8% to 17% of the industrial salt, 20% to 30% of the industrial waste and 48% to 60% of water; and ultrasonic time in the process is 10 min to 30 min. The active ingredients of the grinding aid obtained in the invention are greatly improved, and the grinding aid is uniform and stable, does not settle, and has good application prospects.
