Example Embodiment

[0046] Hereinafter, in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, a preferred embodiment is described in detail to further illustrate the present invention.

[0047] The present invention is a method for evaluating user sag economic loss based on the synthesis of multiple quality loss functions, including:

[0048] Voltage sag economic loss classification of power users: The voltage sag is defined as follows: a phenomenon in which the amplitude of the power frequency voltage in a power system drops to 0.1 to 0.9 p.u, and the duration is 10 ms to 1 min. Because there is a parallel or series relationship between economic activity links, when a certain series link or all parallel links of economic activity stop working due to a voltage sag event, the economic activity will be interrupted, and vice versa. Accordingly, according to the description of the economic loss of users' voltage sag in GB / Z32880.1-2016, they are divided into the following two categories:

[0049] Economic loss fr...

Abstract

The invention discloses a user sag economic loss assessment method based on multi-quality loss function synthesis. The method comprises the steps of counting user sensitive equipment compositions in apower system, and calculating a synthetic voltage tolerance curve of any node; calculating an equipment failure rate, an energy index and voltage sag severity of the node under each voltage sag eventaccording to historical data, and calculating quality losses caused by the equipment failure rate, the energy index and the voltage sag severity ; according to calculation results, weighting the quality losses of four parts including the equipment fault rate, a voltage sag amplitude, the energy index and the voltage sag severity based on an entropy weight method; performing parameter estimation of a quality loss function according to the economic loss generated by voltage sag in a historical record; and performing voltage sag economic loss assessment of a user according to the sag amplitude and duration of current voltage sag to obtain the economic loss of the current voltage sag. The method has the advantages that the objectivity is higher and an assessment result is more accurate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of voltage sag economic evaluation, in particular to a user sag economic loss evaluation method based on multi-quality loss function synthesis. Background technique [0002] In recent years, as various sensitive loads are put into the power grid, the impact of voltage sags on users has become more serious. In order to reasonably configure mitigation equipment and determine the optimal investment plan, it is necessary to reasonably evaluate the economic losses caused by voltage sags to users. [0003] Voltage sag will endanger the operation safety of sensitive loads, and the economic losses are also increasing due to the wide application of new sensitive equipment. The impact of voltage sags in different areas is not only closely related to the quality of power supply of the power supply department on the grid side, but also related to the differences in user-side equipment and production processes. When ma...
