Embodiments of the invention disclose a CSI (Channel State Information) processing method and related devices, wherein the method comprises the steps of: configuring at least one CSI reporting configuration information and resource configuration information corresponding to the at least one CSI reporting configuration information by network equipment, wherein one CSI reporting configuration information is corresponding to at least two resource configuration information, one in the at least two resource configuration information is used for interference measurement and comprises CSI-RS (ChannelState Information-Reference Signal) resource groups, and one in the at least two resource confirmation information is used for channel measurement and comprises NZP CSI-RS (Non-Zero Power Channel State Information-Reference Signal) resources, one CSI-RS resource group is corresponding to at least one CSI report; transmitting the at least one CSI reporting configuration information and the resource configuration information corresponding to the at least one CSI reporting configuration information to terminal equipment by the network equipment.
