The PE pipe opening blocking device comprises a PE pipe body, a branch pipe, a first flange, an air pipe, a control valve, a bolt, a second flange, a nut, a sealing air bag, a sealing ring, a sealing plug, a threaded hole, a first through hole and a second through hole, wherein the branch pipe is welded to the middle of the PE pipe body; the first flange is arranged at the upper end of the branch pipe; the second flange is arranged above the first flange; the air pipe is arranged in the middle of the second flange; the bolt is arrangedabove the second through hole; the bottom end of the bolt is connected with the nut; and the lower end of the air pipe is connected with the sealing air bag. The PE pipe opening blocking device is provided with the first flange and the second flange, the first flange is fixedly connected with the second flange through the bolt, by threaded sealed connection between the sealing plug and the threaded hole, a good blocking effect is achieved under the condition that the branch pipe is not used, by arrangement of the sealing air bag, the blocking effect is further improved, and tight blocking isimplemented.
