Abstract

The invention discloses an energy transformation efficiency evaluation model establishment method based on non-radial DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). The method comprises the following steps that: carrying out positive and negative distinguishing on a model, and constructing a non-radial DEA model which is negative index-oriented; and adding a positive index into the model, and increasing corresponding index weight to form a bidirectional non-radial DEA model which comprises the negative index and the positive index. By use of the method, index orientation is distinguished to correctly highlight the influence of the negative index and the positive index for an efficiency value calculation result, and the objectivity and the reference value of a calculation result are improved. The calculation difficulty of the DEA model is lowered, and meanwhile, the algorithm applicability of the model is kept. The weight is added to the negative index and the positive index to lower the calculationdifficulty of the improved model, meanwhile, the inherent linear planning characteristics of the DEA model are kept, and most linear planning solving algorithms are still suitable for the non-radial DEA models. The model indexes are subjected to positive and negative distinguishing, the non-radial DEA model which is negative index-oriented is constructed, the positive index is added into the model, the corresponding index weight is increased, and the bidirectional non-radial DEA model which comprises the negative index and the positive index is formed.
