The invention discloses a checking number generation system and method based on a Bluetooth mesh network. The system includes a first ticket checking device and a second ticket checking device. Each of first ticket checking device and the second ticket checking device includes an MCU micro control unit and a Bluetooth mesh module, wherein the MCU micro control unit and the Bluetooth mesh module communicate with each other through a serial port or an IIC; the first ticket checking device and the second ticket checking device form a local wireless network through the Bluetooth mesh modules to perform wireless data communication. The method includes that the first ticket checking device uniformly generates and save a flow serial number for generating a checking number in a global system; andthe second ticket checking device is used for generating the flow serial number of the checking number, and the flow serial number is distributed by the first ticket checking device, so that the checking number generated by each ticket checking device is unique in the global system, and duplication or conflicts can be avoided.
