Abstract

The invention relates to an apparatus for detecting the solubility values of a chemical fertilizer. The apparatus comprises an accommodating tank, containers, a controller, a thermotank, a liquid suction device, a temperature sensor, a pH sensor and weighing devices. A method for detecting the solubility values of the chemical fertilizer comprises the following steps: placing the accommodating tank containing a saturated fertilizer liquid in the thermotank, and heating the saturated fertilizer liquid in the accommodating tank to a preset temperature; automatically recording the pH value and the measured values m0 of the weighing devices when the temperature sensor displays the preset temperature and the pH sensor does not change, sucking the saturated fertilizer liquid into the containers,and automatically recording the measured values m1 of the weighing devices; moving the containers into the thermotank, heating and drying the containers, and recording the masses m2 of the containers; and calculating the solubility values of the fertilizer liquid according to the following formula: S1 = (m2 - m0)100 / (m1 - m2)(m1 - m2). The solubility values of the chemical fertilizer in differentwater sources at different temperatures under different acid-base conditions can be detected.
