Abstract

The invention provides a multi-layer stacked flexible gas sensor. The multi-layer stacked flexible gas sensor comprises a rigid carrier layer, flexible substrate layers, an installation column, an outer protection layer and an installation substrate; a flexible carrier layer is arranged on the flexible substrate layers; a circuit layer and a gas sensing array unit are on the rigid carrier layer; the installation column is a cylinder, the exterior of which is threaded; the area of the flexible substrate layers is larger than that of the rigid carrier layer; the peripheries of the various flexible substrate layers extend to the periphery of the installation substrate, and wrap the periphery of the installation substrate; and the installation substrate comprises a conductive circuit and a processing chip. The problem that the current gas sensor is flexible is solved; therefore, the gas sensor is convenient to assemble and manufacture; multiple kinds of gas can be measured at the same time; and thus, the gas sensor satisfies application under gas measurement and flexible scenes.
