The permeation chamber includes an outer chamber and an inner chamber, the inner chamber is provided with a rubber mold, two permeable rocks are arranged up and down andclamped in the rubber mold, a natural gas hydrate pattern is wrapped by the rubber mold and clamped between the two permeable rocks, and a first space is arranged between the side wall of the inner chamber and the side wall of the outer chamber. The temperature measurement and control system communicates with the first space, a second space is arranged between the side wall of the rubber mold andthe side wall of the inner chamber, and the air compressor communicates with the second space through a confining pressure inlet pipe.
