The method also comprises the steps of if the interaction device detects a scooter getting command, verifyingidentity information of a scooter getting user; if verification is passed, conveying the electric scooter to a access port, and opening the access point; if the condition that the electrical scooter is got from the bracket is detected, recording renting information of the electrical scooter, wherein the renting information at least comprises the user information of the scooter getting user for getting the electric scooter, and identifier information and renting time of the electric scooter. According to the method provided by the invention, the problem that in the prior art, the electric scooter is easy to damage due to storage in open air in public places is solved.
