The complete machine is controlled by a PID control chamber which can conveniently and rapidly regulate all operation systems of the complete machine and ensure that the separation process runs continuously according to the set program, thereby realizing the automatic regulation of parameters.

The invention discloses an energy-saving type submerged combustion gasifier. The energy-saving type submerged combustion gasifier comprises an air blower, an air channel, a combustor, a combustion chamber, a flue gas distributor, a water tank, a heat exchange tube bundle, a weir flow box, an alkaline liquid tank, a chimney, a gas-liquid separator and a chimney regulating valve, wherein the flue gas distributor comprises collecting tubes and bubbling tubes; one end of each bubbling tube is connected with each collecting tube; the bubbling tubes are arranged under the heat exchange tube bundle; at least one row of injection holes are formed in the top of each bubbling tube; the weir flow box is supported by a bracket which is fixed at the bottom of the water tank; the heat exchange tube bundle is suspended and supported by a suspension support structure at the top of the weir flow box and is submerged in water bath liquid in the water tank; the gas-liquid separator is mounted in the chimney; a bypass is arranged at the lower part of the chimney and is respectively connected with the combustor and the flue gas distributor through a first branch and a second branch. The energy-saving type submerged combustion gasifier is excellent in heat exchange effect, high in heat efficiency, relatively compact in structure and small in occupied area, is capable of saving energy and cost, and is particularly applicable to LNG receiving stations with moderate and high gasification capacities.

The invention relates to a rainwater well with purification and storage functions. The top of an inner well is fixedly connected with a fine screen overturning plate with a floating ball valve; the floating ball valve drives the fine screen overturning plate to rotate; a weir plate is arranged between one side of the well mouth of the inner well and the fine screen overturning plate; a sedimentation groove is formed below the fine screen overturning plate; a filtering net is arranged between an outlet of the sedimentation groove and the weir plate; a water distribution plate with uneven gaps is arranged below the sedimentation groove; biological filler is arranged in a cavity formed by the water distribution plate with the uneven gaps and the bottom of the inner well; an outer well built by water permeable bricks and a reservoir are arranged outside the inner well; channels between the inner well and the outer well are arranged at the two sides of the exterior of the inner well; the reservoir is internally provided with an overflow wall; a drainage pipeline is arranged at one side of the bottom of the reservoir; a rainwater well coarse screen is arranged at the top of the outer well. At the initial period, rain falls into the sedimentation groove in the upper portion of the inner well, the water level rises to drive a floating ball to rise to make the fine screen overturning plate closed, during long-time rainfall, rainwater directly flows into the reservoir through the channels between the inner well and the outer well and is mixed with treated rainwater at the initial period, and mixed rainwater flows into the reservoir for storage.

The invention provides an overhead type rectangular wet electric precipitator. The main body section of the electric precipitator is of a rectangular cylindrical structure and comprises a spray washing system, an anode module, a cathode module, a spray humidification system and a uniform distribution device; the electric precipitator is also provided with a shell self-supporting structure which comprises an inner column, an outer column, a main truss, an auxiliary truss and an annular truss; the inner column provided with the main truss is adhered to the outer wall of an absorption tower, and the top end of the main truss is used for supporting the wet electric precipitator; the main truss and the auxiliary truss are spaced from each other and are connected mutually to transfer load; the top end of the outer column provided with the auxiliary truss is used for supporting the wet electric precipitator; the annular truss is attached to the outer wall of the absorption tower; the inner column is arranged on the annular truss. Uniform partition in the precipitator can be realized, the cathode system and the anode system are produced in a modularized manner; the self-supporting structure does not need to occupy land and has no influence on the mounting and the overhauling of the original absorption tower; the effective dust collection area is increased, and the dust removal efficiency is improved.
