Abstract

The invention discloses a constant temperature implementation method of a constant-temperature light source. The constant-temperature light source comprises a non-strong-coherence intense light source, a thermoelectric cooler and a printable circuit board. The non-strong-coherence intense light source is welded to the printable circuit board. The printable circuit board is fixed to the thermoelectric cooler. A platinum thermistor adheres to the thermoelectric cooler. The method comprises the steps that a platinum thermistor value caused by temperature variation of the thermoelectric cooler andinducted by the platinum thermistor is changed into a potential value loaded to the negative input end of an operational amplifier; a resistor given value corresponding to a temperature given value is changed into a potential value loaded to the positive input end of the operational amplifier; and a difference value between the potential value at the positive input end and the potential value atthe negative input end is subjected to scale operation, a regulating variable is obtained and used for controlling current energizing a semiconductor chilling plate of the thermoelectric cooler, the temperature value of the thermoelectric cooler changes to be equal to the temperature given value, and accordingly, the constant temperature of the light source is achieved. The constant temperature implementation method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be used for preventing the spectrum of emitted light of the light source from shifting.
