Abstract

The present invention provides a transcranial direct current electrical stimulation apparatus and method for enhancing motor performance. The device comprises a positioning cap, a control box and a head circumference regulator arranged on the positioning cap. The top of the positioning cap is provided with a group of brain region electrodes for electrically stimulating the motor cortex of the brain. The head circumference regulator is provided with a cerebellar region electrode patch group for electrically stimulating the cerebellar cortex, and the cerebellar region electrode patch group comprises a second anode electrode patch and a second cathode electrode patch; the cerebellar region electrode patch group comprises a second anode electrode patch and a second cathode electrode patch. Thecerebral region electrode patch group and the cerebellar region electrode patch group are respectively connected with a control box, and the control box is arranged to provide stimulation current tothe cerebral region electrode patch group and the cerebellar region electrode patch group. The invention can enhance the excitability of the cerebral motor cortex and the cerebellar cerebellar region, and improve the vision. Motion conversion efficiency, enhance working memory, consolidate the learning of technical movements, so as to improve the movement performance of users.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of transcranial direct current stimulation, in particular to a transcranial direct current stimulation device and method for enhancing sports performance. Background technique [0002] Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) is a non-invasive brain stimulation method that generates direct current through electrodes placed on the skull to regulate the excitability of the cerebral cortex. So far, transcranial direct current stimulation has achieved certain results in clinical research and application, and it has been confirmed that it has certain curative effects on chronic pain, neurological diseases and mental diseases. In recent years, the research and application of transcranial direct current stimulation in sports science has gradually attracted attention. A large number of studies have confirmed that transcranial direct current stimulation can improve human sports performance, including improving muscle exp...
