Abstract

The invention discloses a double-frequency circular polarization monopole antenna with a wide axial ratio bandwidth, which can be used for a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) and mobile communication. The antenna is composed of a radiator, a dielectric substrate and a metal floor; the radiator is composed of a high-frequency radiation unit and a low-frequency radiation unit, and is attached to the upper surface of the intermediate medium substrate, and feeds the radiator through a microstrip line; and the metal floor is located in the lower surface of the intermediate medium substrateand is in a shape of an isosceles right triangle, arrangement and excitation of a dual-frequency monopole are asymmetric with respect to a connecting ground plane of the metal floor, and the monopoleantenna and a beveling connecting ground plane of the metal floor respectively generate two orthogonal electric field vectors with equal amplitude and 90-degree phase difference in high and low frequency bands to achieve a right-handed circular polarization (RHCP) signal.
