The methodfor configuring the RO includes: determining the number of synchronous broadcast blocks SSB and the number of ROs sent by the current configuration; sending the number of the SSBs and the number of the ROs to the user equipment UE; determining whether the remainder of the number of ROs divided by the current number of SSBs is greater than or equal to the target number according to the configuration rule, wherein the target number is determined based on the current number of the SSBs; if the remainder is greater than or equal to the target number, establishing a corresponding relation betweenthe remaining number of ROs and the SSBs sent by the current configuration in a one-to-one manner.
