The collection terminal includes: a power supply module, a main control board MCU, a communication module, a sweat extraction insulation module, a display screen, a clock control module, buttons, a J-link interface, a glucose sensor, a sodium ion sensor, a potassium ion sensor, and a temperature sensor, wherein the glucose sensor, the sodium ion sensor, the potassium ion sensor and the temperature sensor are respectively connected bidirectionally and electrically to the sweat extraction insulation module. The system can acquire health data by real-time detection on sweat in a noninvasive manner and displays the data on the collection terminal and sends the data to the background analysis system for performing big data statistics and analysis, thus supplying clinical evidence to influence of different parameters in different human body environments.
