The water quality dynamic sensing unit collects target ion concentration data flow and real-time electrolytic bath voltage parameters through a multi-channel ion sensor; the spectral feature extraction unit performs spectral response atlas reconstruction on the data stream to generate a multi-dimensional ion concentration feature matrix; the cloud collaborative analysis unit combines the feature matrix and the voltage parameters, and constructs a dynamic water quality evaluation model through an adaptive weight fusion algorithm; and the multi-stage response execution unit executes a hierarchical risk verification strategy according to the model, and dynamically adjusts operation parameters of the wastewater treatment equipment. According to the system, real-time and multi-dimensional monitoring of the water quality of the industrial wastewater and dynamic regulation and control of treatment equipment are realized.
