The three-phase outlet-side circuit is formed by successive series connection of three-phase outlet line endsA2, B2 and C2, a three-phase linked disconnecting switch S2 and a three-phase damping resistor R2. Wires a, b, and c are connected with three-phase input terminals of the star type connection circuit;each phase of circuit of the star type connection circuit is connected in series with a damping resistor R3; and the neutral point of the star type connection circuit is grounded through a damping resistor R3.
